'1 minute mindfulness'MORNING CLASS
Monday - Saturday (08:15 - 09:00)
This is the right class to slow-down, start your day with inner-peace and develop your awareness. During this mixed-levels class, good for all, Lau is guiding you through his unique technique of MAKING A PLATE at the wheel to develop your calm and attention. Your focus will grow from 10 to 60 seconds per exercise. This unique moment uses method, presence, tenderness and awareness of your gestures and your thoughts. Please bring 1x Kitchen apron + 1x Hand towel.

6 weeks, 2.5 hours per week, 18:00 - 20:30

Spend some hours creating at your own rhythm, at the wheel, handbuilding and glazing. Must have followed a minimum of 2 classes with Lau. Ideal creative outing for hobbyists who are independent and want some quality me-time. Silent studio policy. You’re free to come and go during the day.
